An aluminium or steel slat has become jammed or dislodged from the slat panel. Replacement of a single slat or an entire section, depending on the extent of the damage, without removing the casing.
Dislodged rail, torn strap, jammed crank handle. In most cases, the shutter can be realigned or the strap replaced without having to completely dismantle the shutter box.
Burnt-out motor, remote control not responding, limit switch incorrectly adjusted. Replacement of tubular motors or commercial roller shutter motors, with parts fitted on site.
